We stayed here for 3 nights in a Quadruple Room (Non-Smoking) with 4 adults. The room is small at 10m² with two bunk beds, but I knew exactly what I was booking and it was exactly what I was expecting. It was clean, simple, and perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was provided every morning, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sitting in the shared space by the window in the sunlight, having a cuppa and a little chit-chat before starting the day. The hosts’ customer service was exceptional. After we checked out, I thought I had lost my ring, so I messaged them. They responded immediately and searched for it several times — genuinely going above and beyond. Later in the day I found my ring in my own things and let them know, and they were so gracious and genuinely happy I’d found it. They also insisted on carrying our large luggage up and down the stairs for us. We were more than capable of doing it ourselves, but their kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out and was truly appreciated. There is a midnight curfew, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. We were always up early and preferred to head back for an early night so we could start the next day fresh. For what it is — a budget, no-frills guesthouse — it absolutely delivered.

Exact what you would expect for the price. Incredible location, 15 mins walk from intercity bus terminal and right at the edge of the historical area. Our hosts were super friendly and heartwarming.

L'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. L'emplacement. La pièce commune très agréable.

Chambre triple vraiment très petite sans vue sur l'extérieur. Et le lit du haut grinçait.
