i like the entire property, simple and clean.Suitable for a family of 5-6 people. Toilets are too small, suitable for thin people. But overall its ok Cleanliness - owner should have done a deep cleaning before renting out

Location is great. Ara Damansara is home to loads of upcoming restaurants. Check in and check out process were easy. 2 Free parking lots (tandem parking). Wifi is fast and consistent. 2 sets of keys and access cards. Check out time at 2pm

Unit is small. 3rd bedroom is more like a store room with a bed. Toilets are small as well. TV box doesn't work. Interior of the unit looked and feel well used. Could use a new coat of paint. Sofa in the living room is also old. Felt hard when sitting on it. Cushioning is almost non-existent. Check in time is 5pm.

We booked This because of the Location to our Meeting Point is Near.

The Bathroom is very oily, Clogged in the bathroom. Non-absorbent Towel

Parking for 2 cars located exactly after entering L5....very convenience. Big unit for a whole family n also clean.

master bedroom toilet minor clogged but it will still able to drain off the water slowly

everything is very clean & tidy.. the owner provides a lot of clothes hangers.. I like it.. The place to wash clothes is also ok.. very suitable for the whole family..

But in goodness there is a lack.. I hope the owner can fix the two bathrooms. the main bathroom has a leaking hose and it's not the best when the water stagnates because it's blocked..hope you can fix it.
