Stan je prostran, svetao, izuzetno opremljen i za duzi boravak. Parking je obezbedjen. Do centra grada se lako stize peske a u blizini postoje i prodavnice, apoteke, pekare, brza hrana. Domacica ljubazna, usluzna i nenametljiva.
