The host was polite! We were welcomed nicely, had a nice chat and it was a pleasant check-in.

The property will probably be nice once it's done. However, too many things were not finished properly inside the apartment. Also - the building itself doesn't have an outer facade still so it was a bit of a hustle to find it. Basically, the building is still under construction, although the apartment itself was at 90% done.

Comfortable bed.

There are no convectors, no air conditioning, not even a towel dryer in the bathroom. We spent the night on October 2, it was +6 outside, we had to sleep in clothes. There is a kitchen, but you can hardly cook anything, there is only one knife the size of a penknife, cutting board and forks of the same size. There is an induction stove and there is a Frying Pan that doesn't fit on the induction stove. This unheated apartment has a tile floor, walking on it without shoes is an ordeal! I mistakenly booked the accommodation for the October 3rd, and it turned out to be already at the moment of check-in. Thanks to the host, who helped me to change the dates of the reservation and not to lose money on cancelation. But before it turned out that I had a reservation for the wrong date, I asked the host if I could check in earlier than 14:00 or at least leave my luggage. He replied that no, because there would be people living in the apartment and they would need to clean up. But when we arrived in the evening, the apartment was vacant and we were allowed to check in. So in the messages, the host just tricked me that there would be people in the apartment that night, so I wouldn't be able to leave my luggage. I highly do not recommend this accommodation!

Nice, clean, spacious apartment, brand new, with all required facilities. The host meet us at the door with the keys, and was very welcoming. The building is under construction still, so there might be some noise around, but nothing crucial. Some inside stuff looks unfinished yet as well, but it didn't bother us much.

only 2 small towel doesn't seem enough for 3 person, but I am sure the host would provide us more if we asked. We didn't as it was just 1 night stay and we were good.

Really nice, modern, clean flat. House looks unfinished from outside but the flat is absolutely perfect. The host is super nice and helps with questions!

The Kitchen could have more cooking supplies. Apart from that everything is perfect.

Apartment is super new and clean, located outside of the Plav town, so very quite surrounding. 5mins by car to the downtown. Spacious with big windows so very bright inside and good ventilation. It has everything we need, from wash machine, stove, frigder…comfortable bed. parking is in front of the house in the yard. the host is friendly and comunication was easy! Reasonble price for two! Thanks a lot!

maybe wifi is not the fastest.

Beautiful, brand new apartment for an excellent price. We had a car and were able to easily access nearby sights. Wonderful, responsive host. Full kitchen. Excellent shower.
