"Stressful start, but overall, an ok stay."

The caravan had lots of plates, cutlery, condiments & cleaning equipment. The beds were comfortable. There's a play park close by. You can use the facilities on site (club house, swimming pool, arcades, bar/restaurant) but have to buy a pass for £11 a day per person. Free WiFi in the caravan.

It's advertised as bedroom 3 having 4 single beds in it. This is NOT true. It has 2 single beds. The owner wanted to charge us £25 for providing us with bed linen for our stay (which was not advertised), so we brought our own. The owner double booked us on our first night and asked us to change our booking to arrive the following day. We were unable to do this, so they asked us to arrive at 6 pm instead of the 4 pm time agreed. We arrived at 5.45 pm to find the cleaner just starting to clean the caravan as the previous guests had only just left! We had to wait 1.5 hours for her to clean it, which is not ideal as we had 2 small children who go to sleep around 7 pm. Thankfully, the staff on site allowed us to wait in the restaurant until it was ready. The shower water was VERY hot, and the dials didn't adjust the temperature. We had to lower the water temperature on the boiler so the shower water was more comfortable to use.

Superb host and communication property was home from home will be back again 😀

Site outdoor pool not open yet not as close to beach as thought but none of which is host fault the accommodation was lovely
