Smooth check in, clear communication. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to have the possibility of internal parking. The apartment is a comfortable size, the yard and house are tidy. Large loggia with sea view, perfect for a cozy breakfast. The area is quiet, there is a great supermarket across the road.

The room is poorly equipped. The insulation of the kettle's powercord was melted, and the melted part was covered with a piece of cellulose tape, wich is life-threatening. Some kind of strange water condensation on the towel dryer. It makes your towel wet instead of drying it. The bed is terribly uncomfortable, the mattress is too soft, felt like sleeping on the edge of a pit that you can roll into at any moment. Few and poorly placed power sockets. If you want to use public transportation, this accommodation is not for you to choose. Although bus No 12/ stops in front of the house and takes you to the central station in about 15-20 minutes it runs only every 30 minutes on weekdays, and once an our on weekends. Torre Quetta train station is about a 15-minute walk (through a quite run-down area), so if you want to explore Puglia by public transport, head that way. Google maps doesn't show this walkway but you will find out.

The mattress is very hard and lumpy. We stayed for one night. It’s ok for a short stay.

Comfortable apartment with nice view from balcony, clean , all what you need , parking spot

Nice apartment with good view. Key exchange via box and very detailled guideline how to get in the house and apartment. Private driver is on time and very nice guy as well as the owner who was very supportive. Good connection if you need to go to a concert or event in Palaflorio (only about 15 min walk)

Bathroom was dirty (especially bidet) and air conditioning was on all the time - it got really cold in the flat at night.

The apartment is great and clean

It was very expensive for an apartment far from the city center and without close amenities Also the instructions were too long, a shorter version would be better

Balcony,private parking,supermarket next door

Lack of storage and amenities.Had to buy bin bags to sort rubbish as one very small is not enough for 5 nights stay. Property lacking of finishing touches and does not feel loved.Ok only for couple of nights.Also a lot construction work around so noisy during day and dusty in balcony because of that.And no wifi at all in these modern days...It have potential,but...

The apartment itself was modern and well taken care off. The bed was comfortable and the seats outside too. All kitchen appliances worked and you can cook.

This apartment was a disappointment. One of the people taking care of communication messaged me a day before to get all the details and explain how to get to the flat etc. a lot of detail was provided so it started well. Our first night we wanted to turn on the air conditioning on as it was over 30 degrees in the flat but all thermometers were showing errors. The main screen had a note next to it asking not to touch it. I messaged the same number no response, after 2 hours messaged again and got a response saying that he will contact the landlord. Nothing after that so as you can imagine there was no chance we could fall asleep in a 30 degree flat with no air conditioning. In the morning I messaged again and got a response saying that the phone number is not active and I should message someone else. So I messaged explaining who I am. They asked for the flat number straight away. Once I said what flat number, no response for 5 hours. The response was useless and once i sent a picture of one of the air conditioning screen again no reply for 4 hours but no help given again. The communication was tragic. It ruined our stay. cooking and sleeping in that heat on the 4th floor is awful and it was definitely not worth the money. You can tell they just want the money and don’t dare about customers.

Temperature was around 40c and A/C had some problem, contacted agent that promised me that he will contact landlord but to no avail. Problem was never solved. We tried to sleep doors open with cars passing by in a busy street, Strada Statale. Luckily it was just a one night stay!!
