Coming after 3 but only 1 out of 2 rooms ready for us. The other room was informed leaked. And we're not the only guest having leaked room. The service also not prompt. Asking to borrow praying set only to be given too late. But we're happy with the breakfast selections! Plenty of choice and taste good!

"Smart Room Experience with Excellent Service"

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was semi-smart and equipped with a Google Nest device, which added a modern and convenient touch to the experience. I was able to control the TV completely using voice commands through the Nest – from turning it on to switching channels, streaming content, and more. It was also very handy for playing music and even making calls directly to the reception and the restaurant, which made everything feel seamless and efficient. A special thank you to Haikal from the IT team, who kindly guided me on how to use all the features. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable with the system. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Combined with the attentive staff and smart technology, it truly made for an enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aston Pluit. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious with a variety of options to satisfy every taste. The swimming pool area was very cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax after a long day. I was also impressed with the modern amenities in the room, especially the Google Nest device — it's great to see the hotel adopting smart technology to enhance guest experience. The internet connection was very fast and reliable throughout my stay, which was perfect for both work and entertainment. A special thanks to Mas Haikal for patiently guiding me on how to use the Google Nest — your assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Aston Pluit to everyone!

Cockroaches in the room, ants and small bugs around food table and mosquitoes. Called reception but never answered.
