Car guards and the manager were very unaccommodating and unfriendly with regards to parking bays whilst there were vacant ones. There was no water on arrival for the first day as the jojos were not filled.

The aircon in the lounge blew out a very bad smell ,we had to switch it off.

Monkey Problem. Aircon in the Lounge Area didn't work making it very uncomfortable. Main en-suite basin drainage not working properly. One of the aircon remotes didnt have a battery cover. Middle Room's Sliding Door Lock problematic.
