A Casa di Maria 2

We had an amazing stay in A Casa di Maria: the appartment was clean, spaceous and incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was very well organized and we loved the balcony terasse! Additional points for the mosquito nets everywhere! Location is amazing — Cavalino is a cute little town, and from there you can get by car in 6 minutes to a big shopping mall with great CONAD, in 10 minutes to Lecce and within 30 minutes to both east and west coast. It is very easy to park right in front of the house. Our host was beyond amazing, we got delicious cake every three days, I absolutely loved the chocolate cake!!! Appartment was also cleaned in the middle of our stay, which was super nice.

Fabulous. Great location for visiting Lecce and gorgeous beaches. Clean, very comfortable bed and linens, responsive host, spacious, and has everything you need and more. Exceptional breakfast. We never had problems finding a parking space. I travel a lot and this is one of the best stays I’ve had. When we come back to this area, we will definitely book this apartment, without hesitation.

L'appartamento è pulito spazioso e accogliente

This was a wonderful place to stay. There is on street parking. It is in a quiet area. The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped, well provisioned and you want for nothing. The unit is upstairs so there is a roof top balcony. Our hosts assisted with our bags. Breakfast was freshly baked for us each morning. As overseas visitors it was a lovely way to sample local treats! This apartment presents just as it looks in the photographs. We had trouble with the hire car and our hosts helped solve our issues. We don’t know what we would have done without them. It was a fabulous base to explore the local area.

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich willkommen geheissen und der Vermieter hat mir geholfen meine grossen Koffer hochzutragen. Ich war 17 Nächte dort und wurde auch kulinarisch sehr verwöhnt, fast jeden Morgen hat die Vermieterin mir einen Kuchen (dolci) in verschiedenen Variationen gebacken. Köstlich. Der Vermieter war auch immer via WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern, sauber und grosszügig. Das Badezimmer ist gross und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was erforderlich ist. Sie hat zwei Dachterrassen, von welchen man über das ganz Dorf schauen konnte und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Aufgrund meines längeren Aufenthaltes war ich dankbar, dass ich die Waschmaschine jeweils benutzen konnte. Ich kann die Wohnung und auch die Lage sehr empfehlen. Lecce ist in 8 Minuten und die ganze Region Salento innerhalb 20-40min mit dem Auto erreichbar (sogar Santa Maria di Leuca). Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento. Nos permitió entrar antes de tiempo y nos obsequió con bizcochos caseros para desayunar. El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio, con grandes terrazas. Está todo limpio y en muy buen estado. Es un pueblecito pequeño pero tiene la gran ventaja de que aparcas en la puerta de casa y para moverte por la zona resulta práctico. Muy de agradecer que disponga de elementos básicos en cocina y baño como café, azúcar, aceite, sal, detergente, gel, etc Y además, una noche cenamos de lujo en una masería muy próxima, que de no habernos alojado allí seguramente no hubiésemos ido.

Lo único, tal vez falta una lavadora, pero no es imprescindible y nosotras lo resolvimos muy bien con una gran pila que hay en la terraza donde aclaramos las cosas de la playa.
