"The room is clean, convenient, A/C rather loud."

The door lock/code didn't work on the last day, the morning of my check out. I got up early to go for a walk, but couldn't leave the room :(. Check out is at 11:00.

"Place was nice not far from the beach. Parking sucks."

Located close and nearby to the beach we spent about 50% of our time on the beach

The parking here is absolutely poor. The least they could do is if they are renting out their property is have parking for you. Yes, they do give you a reduced rate on public parking. But trying to find parking is bad.
