We use booking.com to communicate: as soon as you book your stay, download the app on your phone and turn on notifications, or you won't see my messages. We need to know your approximate arrival time by the previous day, so to be able of scheduling an in-person check-in for the day you arrive. Standard check-in window is 16:00-18:00: we can accommodate early or late check-in for a surcharge of 10€, if we are available. Also, we need a photo of your ID card or passport for non-European citizens: you will have to send it to me via booking.com or whatsapp. The folding bed in addition to the double bed is free if you select three adults, otherwise you can have it for a fee of 12€. Heating november, december, january, february. Air conditioning june, july, august.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
