very good location, all close. The owner friendly and helpful. Apart big and comfortable. Excellent equipped kitchen, all you wish to have there. Beautiful view from the apart. clean

The hot water was limited, problematic. Too many old fashion furniture, not needed 3 tables in the salon. Keys and locks sometimes blocking

Great location, views were great and rooms etc were perfect for stay and very helpful host

On 3 nights there was street noise from a nightclub ending at 11pm on the Thursday, and 2am on the Friday and Saturday night. Ear plugs worked for me but partner who is usually not a problem with sleeping could not

Bella Sao Tiago 36 was a charming apartment in a perfect position for exploring the old town. We had a hire car so it was great to have an off road car park provided in the rental. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the beds were comfy and cosy. Johnny responded quickly to any queries.

"Brilliant a most comprehensively equipped propert."

Johnny was there to meet us on arrival, I messaged from the airport to let him know we had arrived. It is was nicer than in the pictures on Booking.com if that is possible, we loved it and would be very happy to stay at this property again in the future. We arranged our taxis to and from the airport with booking.com both reasonably priced at circa £17 each way.

There was nothing to dislike.

"A lovely place to stay in Funchal ,Madeira."

Excellent facilities, great location, charming interior furnishings. Great views from the balcony.

The twin bed mattresses were a bit firmer than we would have liked.
