Good location close to the centre of Swansea. Quirky apartment, one of several converted from a former church building, with some funny-shaped spaces. Modern fixtures and fittings and generally well-equipped. The hosting company were very responsive. Washing machine was useful.

Bathroom had black mould all over the ceiling and in the extractor fan, and smelt badly of damp. We reported it and the hosts confirmed they would get the handyman to fix. The electric heater in the small bedroom had a broken cover held on with parcel tape, which didn't seem very safe. The double mattresses are very narrow, even for two quite small people, and quite soft.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean apartment in a converted chapel, in a vibrant, interesting part of the city. Lots of interesting eateries on the doorstep, beach and shopping and natural beauty (Gower etc) very close

A little more attention to small details would have been nice, eg v few coat hangers, only one bedside lamp, no bedside table, no oven gloves, no instructions on oven use, kitchen bin lid won't close, no recycling bin, no coat hooks, no kitchen cupboard space. These are very minor defects. Overall it was great. Someone just needs to think about what guests need

Pas de climatisation mais conditions caniculaires Propreté générale des communs Odeurs en provenance du local poubelle avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Machine à café en panne Table instable Poubelle sans couvercle Le quartier … n’est pas le plus accueillant de Swansea :-(

Well decorated

They need to remove Free Parking from the title - there is on street free parking for 1 hour. They directed me to a £5 a day parking which didn’t exist! Coffee maker didn’t work Dining room table was more wobbly than a jelly
