The hotel offers very comfortable rooms. Check in is quick and seamless. It is well located with easy access.

Be prepared to wait a little longer for breakfast and food serving as the staff seem to struggle a bit if the hotel is at capacity.

Décor amazing King size beds Attention to detail

When we got there at 8 ish after being in town the whole hotel was locked up and in darkness we had to run around to try find a door open atleast leave a light in in the lounge

We loved the size of the rooms, the vibe, decorations, lounge and restaurant and breakfast dining and chill areas. I also had a back, neck and shoulder massage which I loved. The breakfast included is excellent. We will definitely visit again as we believe the 1 or 2 challenges can be overcome as it still seems like a work in progress.

The 2 harder rotang chairs in the bedroom can be replaced by more comfortable loungers, especially as it is intended to use when watching TV or just to relax for reading and general relaxation or enjoying a drink. If you want to sleep a bit later the music, ball noise and banter from the padle court could be a irritation, the first sessions can start around 06:30/ 07:00 and it is right opposite the bedroom windows. Luckily we are not late sleepers. All in all a great experience and we will visit again.

We Arrived at 14hoo. I was so nice the Manger made as feel at home and was so Professional. And everything was just great. Will recommend to anyone Visiting Clarens. Greetings Frans/ Betsie Coetzee.
