Breakfast was the best, Dinner Excellent Very friendly staff Porters alsk very friendly and helpfull

The floor under cubert was a bit dirty Just need normal coffee in rooms

Just amazing all round experience and very friendly Staff will visit again 😀

Loved the aesthetics, the furniture is a mix of Morden and antique, loved it!! The showers are exceptional. We will definitely come back sometime next year, please keep 1 room for us. Friendly host too

The staff were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful upon arrival. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable. The hotel has little unexpected luxuries such as the lounge area where they have fire going from the afternoon late into the evening. They have Old Brown Sherry for you to enjoy in the lounge area. The breakfasts were lovely and indulgent. There are so many little things that made this hotel special and so enjoyable. The manager was accommodating - we were there for a 2-day MTB race and so she ensured the kitchen opened earlier so that we could eat before our race.

There is nothing I could suggest to make the hotel stay better. They really have thought of everything.

The towels were not replaced and the room was not cleaned on the second day.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic decor and atmosphere. Every small detail is catered for.
