The Spa was appalling to say the least. Unprofessional, they dod not know what they doing. We had a Full body and facial that was very disappointing.

The setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning and shows Clarens off well, especially the view over the Maluti mountain range. The staff, especially, Jenny, are very welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay and enjoyable one. Breakfast and showers were absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately no under cover parking. If I wished to return with my motorbike the sun and rain would be a bit harsh for the bike.

This is an amazing place, the interior is absolutely stunning. The staff were so friendly. The attention to detail made our stay really great and would recommend it. We will definitely be back.
