Location,quiet and cleanliness of the property outside and the property locks

The owner was not professional enough I contacted her n she didn’t respond I paid a taxi to take me there and back to the airport.she responded back 1 hour later saying her phone wasn’t working can I be there at 6 now I have to pay for another 75$ taxi ride back there.get there she say I don’t have to pay her for the first night she refund me.the home was so Outdated,carpet smell and old,smell and cleaning of the couches,unmatched chair in dining room kitchen cabinets look like water damage and floor had lots of black spots at first we thought it was bugs,no tv’s in the rooms

Location was great. I liked the proximity to the strip, the airport and also to many places.

Area, far from strip longer than 12 mins to strip more like 30

The beds were all king size and comfortable. Everything on the area was close. I would definitely come back to book soon. Thank you sigal being extra helpful and hospitality.

The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was ok. It was fairly close to the places we visited.

It wasn’t clean. A deep cleaning would likely help. The dishes, silverware, etc were dirty with food particles. I had to wash everything before using it. Everything appeared to be cast offs from a second hand store. The bathmats and the living area furniture were gross. It could use some renovations. Specifically the kitchen. When we first entered it looked like the kitchen floor was covered in bugs. It turned out to be badly chipped floor tile. It was run down and did not look like the photos. It seems the previous guests who gave it high ratings didn’t have very high standards of cleanliness.

Outstanding 2 King beds and pillows, better than in a 6 stars hotel, amazing, pure and deep sleep. Not noisy, good space and easy parking. Good quality for money. Very responding owner and communication.

Far from Vega's main areas and restaurants, etc. It is very poor neighborhood, I didn't feel unsafe and the house may need a refurbishment, but it is great and fair for the price you pay. .

Quite neighborhood and Comfortable bed

Not easy to find the entrance especially checking in in the midnight
