The place had so many cockroaches around the kitchen area, being cabinets, fridge, washing machine and the stove, let alone the wardrobes. It was so disgusting and could barely sleep. Only one roll of toilet paper was supplied and it was already used.
ZAPoor communication , actually no communication on what to do upon arrival at the premises . Security guard also not informed and also complained about using his airtime to try airtime.
Cockroaches were roaming around the entire apartment .

MZI booked The Millennial Apartments in Durban from 6–10 September via Booking.com, but the stay was a complete disaster. When I arrived, there was no gas and no hot water in the apartment. I called the number provided and waited over an hour on the phone without any help. I sent a message through Booking.com, and it took three hours before someone came to check. They confirmed the issues but said they couldn’t be fixed immediately. With no hot water in winter and no way to cook, the place was unlivable. I had to cancel my booking and move to another accommodation the next day. This apartment should not be listed on Booking.com until it meets basic standards. The service was terrible, and my experience was ruined. Avoid this property at all costs.
