Rent Room

Nothing much, except maybe the price.

1. No response was received from the message in booking.com chat 2. The check in-check out time is absurd. I understand some big hotel have this policy due to short staffed, but this place ONLY HAVE 3 ROOMS!Arrived around 1 hour early and requested to check in early due to phone battery is running out but was refused by the lady owner. I could totally understand if the room is still occupied or something, but later she mentioned that she can grant early entry only if paid extra RM10. Which indicates that there are vacant room, but they just refused to give out any. Understandably, I walk away and just wait for another hour. 3. At night I received a visit from 2 colleagues to discuss about work in room, at different times. Just about an hour, and once the second person left, the house lady stopped me and said that I cannot bring people over. I explained that the room was paid for the price of 2 people in booking.com, not for one. And I was not at any time exceeded the occupant limit. Then she said, it can only be the same person, not different ones. When I ask where did they have the policy displayed, she couldn't answered. Then, there was a younger guy, perhaps the son, he said, which I quote "THIS IS A HOUSE, NOT A HOTEL. THE RULES IS HOUSE RULES, NOT BOOKING.COM POLICY". I explained to him that my order was placed thru booking.com, any rules, policy, regulations they have, it should be displayed in booking.com, or else how would they know if they have any? The published one is the contract between the tenant and the owner. And it is considered a shared accomodations/homestay/hotel once you started doing this kind of service and making money out of it. I didn't come unannounced on your personal space! And both my companion was accompanied by me from the gate and straight to the room, no loitering inside the house. 4. The living space/common area is a mess, barely any place to sit or anything. (Attached is the living room pictures)

The owner very kind and sporting..

Nice stay in a local home, the lady owner is so kind. Comfortable when it's raining, it's cold enough in the room w fan.
