"Lage perfekt. Das war’s schon"

Die Lage ist perfekt. Bett bequem. Das wars schon.

Bett und Kissen mit Haaren. Alles kaputt, Wände und Boden. Bad viel zu klein. Ich müsste mich mit offene Beine hinsetzen weil der Wand zu knapp war. Für duschen habe ich auf die Toilette drauf steigern müssen. Fenster und Tür undicht, laut, hell und war die ganze Nacht mega Zugluft, hab ein Video wo sich sogar meine Haare bewegen. Ich habe die Kissen an der Rücken hinlegen müssen weil kalte Luft war. In der Früh hab ich angesprochen und die Frau sagte zu mir ganz unfreundlich:”der Wind kommt von draußen, kann ich nichts machen” und machte mir die Ausgang Tür ins Gesicht zu. Ich habe wirklich nicht so viele Ansprüche aber so viel Geld ist es wirklich nicht wert. Nur wegen der Lage. (Ich hatte das Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption)

Excelente atención y buena disposición de quienes están en la recepción del hotel.

Deben ver la forma de aminorar ruidos en el sistema de aguas de ducha y servicios.

"Was very poor considering the cost."

Handy to Gran Via and it had a lift.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke (staff didn’t care when I told them) and seemed to come through the air con vent which kept blowing freezing cold air through the night although I turned it off. No blanket so spent a very cold night. Worst night of my travels.

"UBICACIÓN Y ATENCIÓN RECOMENDADA"

La ubicación, la atención del personal y la cama era muy cómoda. Además, en verano con el calor, es un plus poder controlar tu misma el aire acondicionado desde la habitación.

La dicha, aunque parecía haberse limpiado, creo que ya de los años ha ido acumulando suciedad que solo saldrá con una pequeña reforma.
