Both beds were missing support at the bottom, so we didn’t dare move or turn over while lying down, as the bed slats could easily fall off. Please also note that there was no shampoo or shower gel provided. For two people staying five days, only two rolls of toilet paper were given. We asked politely if more could be provided, but the staff’s response was extremely rude. They said these are things we must bring ourselves, and if we’re not happy we should go make a complaint, as it’s not their concern. The shampoo and toilet paper themselves are not important, but their attitude seriously affected our mood during the trip. There’s really no need to stay here for the sea view if it means being treated this way. A very unpleasant experience.
