Great location, just 5 min walk to the beach. Clean, nice interior, all needed facilities.

A construction in neibhourhood, workdays starting from 8am noise from there. I hope the hotel next door is finished.

Very clean, close to the beach and yet quiet. May pubs, restaurants close to the property. Supermarket few minutes away by walk. As a family we enjoyed it a lot!

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable. The owner left us bottles of water and other basic kitchen essentials. A smart TV meant we could stream programmes. The building felt secure. The beach is immediately across the road and the local Mercadona is just 5 minutes away- it's much cheaper than other supermarkets in the area. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby but there's little night-time noise. The apartment has air con in the living room and bedroom.

Arrived at airport at midday. Picked up by a taxi provided free on booking.com. The driver didn't speak a word of English and after arriving at Torremelinos he stopped the car on the main beach road, declared 'duty free', pointed at a bar and apparently expected us to get out. I showed him the booking.com property locator showing we were still not near the apartment. He looked at my map and off we went again. After a 5 minute drive he stopped again and pointed to a pedestrianised area. We got out and headed towards the apartment or so we thought After nearly an hour of walking around the town we contacted the host to say we couldn't find the apartment. She described some landmarks- we didn't see any of them. She then sent us a pin drop which showed she was apparently at a tiki bar so off we set again (this was close to the apartment). In the end we finally found her. Once we were in the apartment I checked google maps again- it said were were 600m away!! So basically the apartment location is set wrong on google maps. If you come here, set your destination as the Madison pub, it's right next to the apartment and is correct on google maps. So armed with this info your holiday should get off to a better start than ours did. Our apartment was on the first floor. Overall it was very nice however to to describe it as having a sea view would be pushing it. It has a side sea view and best and you need to lean over the balcony rail to see the sea through the trees. You are facing an apartment block which blocks the sun and there was building works going on there that started every morning at 8am until 5pm. Very noisy.

The apartment had everything needed: a fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, towels, cutlery and plates. "Perla Del Sol 1 l" is located a few steps from the sea. You can see the beach behind the balcony. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Just around the corner there are shops with various interesting things and gifts. There are many restaurants along the main street. You can eat in a different place every day. There is a grocery store (Carrefour) about a 15-minute walk away. It takes about 5-6 p.m. to reach the train station, from where you can get to the airport and Malaga. I highly recommend it. I hope I can come back here.
