The beach was a short distance, friendly/welcoming neighbors, property was very clean.

Our apartment had a musty/animal urine smell even after spraying lysol spray. The kitchen drain smelled when water ran down it. I put cleaner in it to soak that helped with the smell in the drain. Other than that we loved the apartment very spacious and close to the pool. We had a very relaxing stay.

great beach Location, could rent chairs so I did not have to lug chairs to the beach. pool was nice, nice & spacious rooms. perfect vacation! we have stayed here 2 years In a row.

The condo was definitely worth the money. The location was perfect and not too far from my work conference. The beach was literally across the street, less than a min away. Everyone was extremely comfortable, and the place began to feel like home. We wanted to stay an extra night, but nothing was available.

The only thing that was disturbing was the way we were looked at and treated by some of the guests and the locals when we went to some of the stores and restaurants. It felt a tad bit racist but that has nothing to do with Sea Oats. That was strictly their character. They definitely did not try to hide how they felt about us. It didn't take away from the vacation too much, but we more than likely will not visit this side of town again. The hate was real and it's so sad that they feel that way about people they DON'T KNOW!

Close to beach! Allowed me to bring my dog. Place was roomy.

Only issue I had was an occasional knocking sound possibly coming from hit water heater or AC. Wasn’t bad, but it was kind of annoying when I was trying to fall asleep.

Easy access to the beach.
