People who own this place and manage this place know what they are doing, small gigs make it more fun and staff is really great, they make it a good property ultimately.

It’s not that I didn’t like, but there could be menu cards in laminated format, at room a small label telling wifi and password.

There’s nothing to like about this property

False advertising. The floor was full of dirt and the surroundings of the property were also very bad. The front of the property is filled with construction equipment and debris. The bed room didn’t have a door and if it rains all the water comes inside the studio. There was not enough lighting and we couldn’t stay for even a night. We tried to cancel the booking but they didn’t refund the money.

Spotless, cozy, and impeccably clean. Huge rooms. A wonderful and gracious owner who was a joy and extremely accommodating. Quite, private, and a steal of a deal for an entire bungalow. Just a gem of a find!

Tap for shower works fine, was a bit tricky to turn off. Make sure you are informed about how. But not worth a complaint at ALL.

Loved everything. It's my go to place when I visit North Goa❤️

Food was fantastic and the location was really good. Nice room and very shady to keep cool They had a laundry service as well
