GBLovely little guest house. I would stay again - Martin was a great host and answered any questions (either in person or via the app promptly). The bed was really comfortable and good size. We brought our dog Ava and it was great to be able to stay in a place that is comfortable with dogs. There were other dogs there too - I love being around dogs so was lovely for me.

House needs a declutter and modernising, so areas can be cleaned properly. Didn’t like the stairs, my fault should have booked a lower room. Parking was a problem but busy weekend.
GBMartin the owner was amazing from start to finish and we would 100% recommend to anyone who was looking to stay over in Llandudno.

Our room was up too many stairs, lol, my wife struggles with coming down stairs, but she managed, and to be fair, Martin wouldn't have known anyway.
GBGBLocation is excellent. It is at the town centre and close to tourist attractions, like the Gear Orme Tramways and the Happy Valley Cable Car station. Also, Martin is a great host, we were warmly welcomed (we arrived 45 mins earlier than check in time) and make you feel like home. Breakfast is marvellous with variety of choices and cooked when ordered. We enjoyed it at a well decorated Victorian style dining room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Martin!
