GBGBMy husband is disabled and needs easy access so booked for the free parking. We didn't get access information until late on the day of arrival and found parking was in the streets around the property. Felt this would be very difficult for us so we went elsewhere.
GBLocation was our perfect choice. Bathroom light did not work.fridge was noisy. Up two flights of steep stairs - should have asked for a lower room. Breakfast we took.our own.

Absolutely shocking. The advertising of rooms and property SO misleading. It is run down filthy not fit for purpose unless you are homeless or looking to rest in a drug den. I WOULD GIVE IT A MINUS IF ALLOWED.

SGThe proximity to my destination. Has washing machine and dryer. Heating works. Kitchen has oven and microwave. It's clean and value for money. Staff was responsive when contacted. Came to pass me a set of keys when the keys were missing from the lock box. Also changed the dryer when I informed them that it is not working.
The photo of the room vs. the actual room has very different vibes. Photo looked bright and posh like a hotel room, in reality it was dim and drab. Just don't have such high hopes. It is otherwise clean and tidy. Overall a decent stay. Things to note: Soap and 1 toilet roll provided as welcome pack. No refills of soap or toilet roll even when asked. So be warned. Although there's dishwasher, no dishwasher detergent are provided. Same for washing machine. Has spoons and knives but no forks available in kitchen.
