Flexible SelfCheckIns 40 - Zagreb - Parking - Big Loggia - New - 2 beedroms

We're normally a fan of the self check in so that's a plus. The apartment was as described, no complaints on that part. The host answers promptly and fast to all inquiries we have had on whatsap. Even at odd hours and weekends. We've had 4 dishwasher tables for 4 days, which i guess is good. The parking is nice.

The whole process of self check in that this host uses is horrible IMHO. We've had different self checkin experiences, and this one is by far the worst. I am sorry, nothing against the host, but there is so many "we will deduct for this, we will deduct for that" that you feel like you're walking on eggshells. I feel like all of those rules should be stated UP FRONT when you're making the reservation. Only info we had is that there is a security deposit. These are very normal and standard, nothing against this. However, there is also various other terms you have to agree with that are not stated until you have already booked your stay and are going to get the key. You do have the option to choose "NO" on those things (separate trash, clean trash, wash dishes, make beds etc), however that instantly pulls cancellation of the reservation, which, as you can expect, is not something easily picked if you have your vacation already planned out. So yea, that is something i personally did not like as this was not brought up front. We knew about the security deposit, but not about all the other things we had to agree on. Other then that, it's advertised as for 6 people. Would expect little more utensils for when 6 people come :) And i would expect at least basic condiments to be available (salt/pepper/detergent...) to be available. Sadly it was not, maybe whoever is in charge for that did not refill that on our trip, or maybe it's not the policy of the host to refill those.

- kitchen/kitchenerie - matress - sofa and tv - whole facility is very good value for money (except broken shower head)

hosts (agency selfcheckins) is catastropha - there is a CAMERA IN THE APARTMENT. this is not acceptable privacy violation and also violates booking com rules. it is headed towards entry doors because they want to see every person entring the apartment but also records every sound in aparment. - EXTRA CHARGES. after a week they messaged me there has to be a mandatiry cleaning and I have to pay 28 euro. I tried to politely refuse but they insisted that this is mandatory. - they just forgot to place a parking key. When I asked - they told me it's broken and I should find a parking spot in neighbourhood. Of cource all spots were occupied or private. - zero respect to customer. they wanted the extra charge they fooled me immediately and insisted and insisted that I have to pay right now (I've asked to use my deposit or to wait a day) while I have to wait for a deposit refund for a week

The apartment is very clean, the blankets and pillows smell clean, the location is exactly what I was looking for.

the water heater didn’t worked we had to shower with cold water, nobody came to fix the problem and we didn’t get any refund and the man ignored us
