I didn’t like nothing

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. The apartment was very dirty on arrival — floors were grimy, surfaces hadn’t been properly cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was a cockroach in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable. The place was also unbearably hot, and despite reaching out to the owner for help, no assistance or alternative solutions were offered. I reported these issues immediately, but instead of an apology or effort to resolve the situation, I was met with a flat refusal to offer any refund, compensation, or even a change of apartment. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for guest comfort and basic hygiene standards. I do not recommend staying here and would advise others to avoid this property

Cleanliness and material state of the property. It did not reflect the pictures. The property is very tired and in need of a refresh.

Apartment had dirty carpets and quite afew marks and holes in the walls

The appartment was great, in the very heart of the city, 5 min walking from town hall, main street and train station. It had to be well soundproof as we couldn't hear any noise. The master bedroom was very spacious and with lot of light thanks to 3 huge windows. Everything was clean apart from the oven that was a bit stiky

The combination with the property was good but I had to ask for the details for the checking the day before of my arrival as they didn't give me information up front. They replied quickly and with detail. I was given all detail but the appartment floor was not indicated, so we had to look for the appartment number in several floors In overall apart from this tiny detail the experience was great
