Access to site was difficult

Good price and flexibility to choose days as opposed to set Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. Good heating and hot water. Plenty of seating. Excellent TV and wifi included in price.

A bit old and tired and didn’t feel quite as clean as we would have like liked on arrival.

Spacious caravan with all the things that we needed. TV subscriptions and WiFi included in the cost. Parking included was a bonus. Close enough to other amenities. It was quiet. The kids loved having space to relax and play, rather than in a cramped hotel room. The caravan was lovely and warm. Hangers in the wardrobes was helpful too.

The park needs better signage, because once the sat nav says arrival, it was actually quite a bit of a drive to the actual park. Some signage on the country road would be helpful. Also it was really difficult to find the caravan because we were looking for an area with a letter and a number, but the areas are marked differently, with names of trees for example. It would have been helpful if this extra info had been included in the confirmation details. The caravan itself was labelled, but not the area. And, the booking information should note that there is a barrier to enter. Finally, whilst the caravan was clean, the carpet was not vacuumed and I had to do that when I arrived.

Caravan was comfortable, big and very clean. Swimming pool and other entertainment kept my son occupied for our weekend break. Definitely will recommend it to my friends and family.
