I loved the privacy, location, the cosiness and overall atmosphere

The outside could have a table and some lights for the evening, it had only one chair to sit

it was exactly what we wanted to be able to stay with our dogs, the site was clean and tidy, we didn't use the facilities withing the site due only being there a couple of nights. shop staff were very friendly and keen to help.

the way the cupboard door opened in the bathroom which meant we couldn't get into the bathroom until we had managed to find something to go under the bathroom door to move the cupboard door in the bathroom, very lucky a dog wasn't stuck in there, could be a problem if a child got stuck. maybe the cupboard door could be swapped around

Nice accommodation.

Too far from the complex and facilities. Hectic clubhouse due to being a Bank Holiday weekend. Badly organised management, ran out of draught lagers, ciders and crisps and the chicken shack outside ran out of chicken. Someone must be held accountable. Its not like bank Holidays creep up on you suddenly, these should be planned for accordingly.

The location was great. Really close to the beach. There were lots of fat rabbits on the grass outside the chalet.

It was very cold in the chalet & the heating was inadequate for February. The bedrooms didn't get warmer than 13C and the living room no warmer than 16C. When I complained we were given 2 more heaters, but they didn't make that much difference. It would have been better if this issue was anticipated and the additional heaters already provided. Some blankets at the chalet would have been useful as well.

Location. Layout. Of bungalow. The fact that it had a bath and water was lovely and hot at all times.

The out side light did not work and there was no out side chairs to sit on as still would of liked to sit out in the evening as weather was still mild Could do with a complete white wash on all walls as would defo brighten up the property with very little money spent to achieve

It was situated in a quiet part of the park and we had lots of space inside and out. In the morning the fields around had lots of bunnies hopping about which was lovely. We enjoyed the restaurant and all the park had to offer for the kids, the beach was a short walk but is unsuitable for very small children so a longer walk to access it with a buggy, the staff were very helpful at giving this info so we didn’t waste any time. There was lots of storage in the property and everything was easy to find.

There were a lot of spiders, we got rid of 3 and we felt the whole place could have done with a lick of paint as there was stains on the walls and the bathroom had a damp problem. The seal at the bottom of the shower screen was broken and scratched my daughter when she was in the bath, the plug was also a little too small so I had to leave it running the whole time so it would fill up. The clock didn’t work in the kitchen and we paid for WiFi which did not work in the bungalow, as it was the only one without a router, we even called the WiFi company who couldn’t help us. The only other thing was having to pay for entertainment passes when we arrived which was another £108, so added a lot to the final cost, that’s without the cost of smaller activities in the park.

We like the location, quiet and surrounded by green grass and hopping rabbits. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, cooking pots, frying pans, bowls, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster - everything in working order. Bathroom with full size bath & shower. Nice size bungalow, with 2 bedrooms, wardrobes, clean bed linen & towels. Parking on side, short walking distance to the bins. Dogs allowed. Nice distance to the beach. Helpful staff on the side. Decent place to rest.

We felt better in bungalow then caravan for 2 days until the owner of bungalow number 3 turned up Sunday morning and made comments about our mini yorki not being on the lead and called security on us🤦‍♀️. He was looking for trouble and easy target and he found one in us. Scary looking bloke, pretending to be all nice and polite when met in the morning and 20 min later we had security on our door step. He had 2 dogs in his accommodation and insisted that our dog, was irritating his 2 dogs. He mentioned to us that his dogs are aggressive and agitated because our dog is sitting on the grass next to us and is not on the lead. Our little dog never made a noise, all the time we have been in our bungalow he didn’t bark or caused any trouble. Other people in this private area didn’t say anything but he was looking for issue regardless, he was rude, disrespectful, and attacked us personally. We felt discriminated and harassed. Good luck to the decent people living on this side because he is a nightmare. The other issues are strictly regarding the property itself: the accommodation has very strong smell of damp, walls in bedrooms and bathroom are covered in mould, spider webs found everywhere, dirty glass door, dirty oven, uncomfortable mattresses in both bedrooms - please invest in better mattress as sleep is quite important, dirty carpets, covers on both sofas in the living room are old & have holes in fabric, lack of lighting outside of the property, lack of outdoor furniture & small bbq would be nice. Overall place has got great potential but is neglected, I would recommend deep cleaning, refresh and upgrading to a higher standard. Unfortunately as the place is now I wouldn’t come back to this side and I wouldn’t recommend this to my family and friends.
