Hot Tub Club - Rainey Street - 6 min walk

Fantastic location near Festival Beach and walkable to Chavez, newer 6th and 7th Street eateries and shops. Plentiful parking and easy access to highway and city driving as needed. Hot tub was fun, and even when fire ring wouldn't work, Swenny with UrbanStay was helpful. All personnel, including a technician and cleaning person, with whom we interacted were great. All the beds were comfortable, but if you plan to use one of the two flip chairs, be sure to bring a camp mattress or at least a foam topper, as they're hard. Loved the tree swing and backyard. Would definitely return!

Fire ring and refrigerator's ice maker both needed maintenance (the former coming to our attention too late in the stay to remedy but the latter getting quick attention from a friendly technician). Cot-beds are not true beds. Bedding for them and sofa "bed" was absent (but the cleaner brought sheets at least!). All still a great value for the money!
