Nice room, well equipped. Close to a public entry to the beach. Quiet if you don't have bad inconsiderate neighbors having party like we had for 2 nights out of 4. Nice sitting area. But there should be a sign with a rule of silence between 22:00 and 8:00. Owner is nice and communicative.

The room was wet and stinky. No cleaning service, resp. it's paid. I asked only to take out the trash and clean (sweep) the floor what is a matter of 3 minutes = 15 USD (25 USD if you want to change bedsheet and beddings). We have never experienced this. That's why I cannot recommend this accomodation for more than 3 nights. TV was not working well.
