living room and kitchen were nice

one of the bedrooms had poison ivy coming though the window screen and there was no glass in it emergency door was locked and there is no parking at the property at all day or night you would get fines if you park like we did

Overall, the experience was good. We didn't meet with the staffs but i must say, they are super attentive. They provide and willing to provide everything you need.

Only the staff over the phone seems a little unfriendly. Moreover, i prefer if they provide laundry service. We went to Niagara falls and children clothes, shoes were wet. If we have the washer, dryer, it would be great.. especially the shoes can be dried there. For the kitchen, it would be nice if they provide basic items like salt, pepper, oil and a few water bottles.

Cleanliness and ambiance….

Parking is small and there isn’t an instruction to reach unless some take you there. Please put parking instructions on table in hall. Place seems eerie……

The home was very clean and comfortable, it was close to everything.

Their was no driveway to park in, only one mirror in the house, and shower pressure was not great, but all minor issues, nothing major.

That was clean and nice area to stay
