Very good service, clean rooms

Area wasn’t the best, inside the hotel all was good

Jeg hadde problemer med varmtvannet to av tre netter. Dette kunne vært håndtert bedre.

Buen trato del personal, muy agradables. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y estaba muy limpia, así como el baño. Además nos dejaron unos snacks y agua de cortesía. Buena ubicación, cerca de la Puerta de India.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el servicio de restaurante, sobre todo en la cena. El servicio fue muy lento, de hecho, quisimos repetir unos fingers de pollo que nos gustaron mucho y nos dijeron que tardarían 40 minutos. Por otro lado, pedimos si nos podían servir un arroz frito para las niñas sin picante, a lo que contestaron que sí, pero cuando lo trajeron estaba muy picante (y estamos acostumbrados a la comida India). Por último, también pedimos un sandwich de queso (eran 4 mitades) y al servirlo tenía un tranchete cortado en 4 trozos, uno para cada medio sandwich, y al pedir que nos trajeran un poco más de queso nos dijeron que no era posible, por lo que lo devolvimos.

The staff was very cooperative and accommodating. They kindly served dinner late upon my request, which is something you don’t usually experience elsewhere. I also had an early check-in and a late check-out, and they managed both without any hassle. The cleanliness of the property was also commendable. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
