Could not fault the property & host. Everything was spot on. Private parking, all rooms were comfortable, spacious, everything you would need, attentive host, walking distance to the centre of Hanley, Forest Park & a local Tesco express. The street and neighbours were quiet and there is a private back garden, which is a sun trap! The cleaner & host worked wonders together. I forgot my phone charger & great efforts were made to send it back to me. Especially as the host worked away & arranged for this to be picked up from the property and sent back to me - Thanks so much. Would definitely stay again.

"Superb"

Everything. Such an ideal location for us to meet and visit family and friends. Very clean and well presented. Although opposite a pub it only opens Fri/Sat/Sun and did not cause any disturbance. Good bathroom and sufficient storage upstairs. Carpets looked new and the kitchen was spacious and had all we needed.

The double bed is quite low so difficult for an older person with severe arthritis. Sofa not too comfy. Local residents were parking partly over the off road parking to the house so sometimes we were unable to access the house parking, but we always found a space on the road. All trivial things that would not put me off staying again due to cleanliness and location.

"A pleasant one night stay with friends in comfortable surroundings."

The property was immaculate, very clean and tastefully decorated. There is a lovely pub opposite which sells delicious food. There is a pleasant park within walking distance. There is free parking.

It was a little tricky to find. Best to look for the Masons Arms - the property is opposite.

The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great facilities and parking - we got 2 cars on the drive and 1 in front of garage (met up with a group of Staffs Uni chums all coming from different locations). Had everything you could possibly need.
