Mega wielki apartament w samym sercu Sliemy (5 min promem do Valetty). Czysto, schludnie i z pełnym wyposażeniem. Każda sypialnia z własną łazienką. 2 salony - każdy z kuchnią i łazienką. Polecam.

Lovely apartment great view

Fabulous, spacious property in a great location - just a few minutes walk from the Sliema-Valletta ferry and within easy reach of bars, shops, restaurants and local transport. It was perfect for our group of 5 who all wanted their own room and this more than met the brief, with an en suite bathrooms for each of us, two kitchens, a terrace and an amazing view. Would definitely recommend this property for large groups.

There were a few small problems - a loose door handle and a cracked sink in one room, curtains not closing properly in another, but these were just superficial and in no way detracted from our time there. Also, the system for waste disposal is a bit confusing - it would've been helpful to have specific bins clearly marked for each type of waste but again, a minor issue.

Great location and view

We were there were 5 bedrooms unfortunately one of the beds was in a kitchen. 2 kitchens and only one kettle is poor. 5 in the group but only one key was extremely inconvenient. Washing machine and dryer not working. Reported but nothing done to solve the problem.

Nu ne-a prea plăcut ca o toaleta era înfundată ,iar clanță unei uși era ruptă.

The huge space in the entire apartment (a connection of two separate ones and that was very practical). The location is also OK.

Once I had booked, there was no response at all to messages on the booking site. I did get questions that I answered, but I had to ask several times if there was an outdoor BBQ on the large terrace, but I didn't get a response. And perhaps they were afraid that I would cancel otherwise because upon arrival there was indeed no BBQ. We were supposed to check in from 15:00 and when we arrived shortly before 16:00 the cleaners were still busy and they indicated that they still needed quite some time. We had to wait for over an hour and a half and shortly after 17:30 we were able to enter. The air conditioning in one of the rooms, in the main room, did not work so a couple could not sleep there and had to arrange a hotel. The air conditioning in another room malfunctioned and made a lot of noise which made sleeping difficult. In another room the extractor fan of the shower did not work and you could hear the strong wind outside through that non-functioning installation. A few door handles were loose so we could no longer enter one of the rooms from the outside. And there were more minor problems. This was all reported immediately and repeated to the host but nothing happened during our stay. On the day of our departure, we were already at the airport, we got a message that someone would come by a few days later. And the worst of all: I have asked the host several times for compensation for the inconvenience and the extra costs incurred and so far there has been no response at all.

The flat was modern, spacious with great facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The air conditioning in the main room didn't work. Looking at reviews from over a month ago this has been a problem for a while.

The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean with excellent facilities including two kitchens and ‘living areas’, smart TVs, plenty of crockery and pans to cook with in the apartment and plenty of fridge and freezer space. There are 5 en-suite shower rooms, a shower room off the kitchen area with the additional sofa beds and a toilet in the other kitchen area. There was plenty of bed linen and towels, and a washing machine and airer. There was a dryer but it took a long time to dry any clothes. There was also an iron and board. The property is in an ideal location for exploring Malta with excellent transport links and very close to the ferry port to go to Valletta. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants along the street where the apartment is.

We booked for a weeks stay with a group of 12, which meant we required the use of the sofa beds in the kitchen area in which 4 people slept. On arrival, it became apparent that the aircon in this room was not working. I sent a message to the WhatsApp number provided, in which they were initially responsive and stated that they would book an engineer to come out ASAP. Numerous conversations were had back and forth during our stay with slower and slower response times but essentially the engineer did not show and the air con was not fixed. Given the day time temp was 32 degrees, the room quickly became unbearingly hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The area around the apartment is very lively on a busy road and restaurants below so the noise due to having the windows open to let air in was also disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. The owners did provide two fans, but the second one required an adapter which we had not brought due to being from the UK. The fan did nothing to cool the room given the size of the room and how hot it was. This really ruined the stay of the four who were in that room as they hardly slept the whole holiday, and we lost the use of the kitchen and dining facilities of the room. The owners did not believe it warranted looking for alternative accommodation or partial refund, although they list aircon as one of the facilities which I would argue is a necessity given the temperatures in Malta. We don’t feel the owners did enough to rectify the aircon and they refused to meet in person to assess the aircon and the temperature of the room. They just dropped the fans in the hall way. Furthermore, one of the toilets in the en-suite was broken which we also reported and this was not taken further so the people using it had to flush it with a bucket. Finally, the apartment is on the third floor with lots of stairs to access.
