Aatrium Kinnisvara Riia str 22 apartment 80 m2 with 2- bedrooms and 45 m2 terrace

Clean apartments and very fancy.

We travelled as a family and the apartment was perfect to us. Good living room and kitchen, the bed rooms were on the otherside at the end of a hallway. The doors were solid and insulated some noises within the apartment. Kitchen was fully functional and good. Terrace was nice, even though there were not furniture outside. It was nice that there was not another building opposite of the windows and terrace, the view was spacious. The parking space for car in the underground garage was really good. The apartment and the building were practically new, so all were clean and worked well. Within the block there was also a small playground for children, and on the other side of the road there was a football field.

I would say that I did not like, but some ideas to improve even better: - furniture to terrace ( we understood they are coming soon) - there could be more dishes (cups, glasses and plates) and cuttlery (forks, knives, spoons) to avoid using the dishwasher all the time.
