The decor was nice and the apartment was fully equipped with modern appliances,it was in a good location easy accessible to the sights.

The pungent stench of drains within the property,we were in the ground floor apartment and the smell was so bad it disturbed our sleep ,we did report and someone apparently came while we were out to put something down the drain,we were told the smell was due to the heavy rainfall the previous week ,however the product used didn’t work and we had to put up with it for the remainder of our stay,when we reported it again we were told the team would check on our departure ,we had vacated the apartment early on the last day to catch our flight,the response received once back home was that there was no smell!!!!!!! I don’t accept that as surely they have to be nose blind not to notice as soon as you step inside the apartment,this is totally unacceptable as we were telling the truth and in the interest of other guests brought it to the attention of the host. I have since read past reviews who have mentioned the smell and it appears they to have been dismissed ,such a shame as the apartment is lovely just the smell in the apartment needs dealing with before losing any future guests

Early check in

The apartment was overall clean and well organized. But it's on the ground floor and on the second day there was a huge cockroach on the kitchen, probably coming from street level. They should take precautions to prevent that!

Posizione e pulizia.

I condizionatori non abbiamo capito se non funzionassero bene, abbiamo sofferto un po il freddo. Puzza di fogna proveniente ogni tanto dal bagno.

La ubicación es excelente, el pleno centro de Sevilla, muy cerca de la Catedral, los Reales Alcázares, el parque de María Luisa. Para una visita de fin de emana es de 10! Las camas muy confortables, todo muy limpio y nuevo.

No me gustó que no haya cafetera italiana. La cafetera de capsulas es muy tóxica y deberían tener una cafetera italiana, para quienes no quieran usar las de capsulas. No me gustó que no nos dejasen entrar antes de la hora acordada, me dijeron que me avisarían en el caso de que si podía hacerlo, pero no fue así. Fuimos en un día en el que estaba diluviando en Sevilla y tuvimos que estar 4 horas en una cafetería, porque no nos permitieron entrar antes. No me gustó que no hayamos podido dejar las maletas en las instalaciones, en un caso tan excepcional como el que estaba ese día por las fuertes lluvias.

Ubicacion, la distribucion y elemwntos de la casa, nuevos, comodos y modernos

El ruido del frigo, lo notifiqué y lo revisarán para los siguientes.

The mattresses are not very comfortable.

De locatie was perfect: vanuit het appartement was het slechts 10 minuten lopen naar het gezellige centrum. De bedden waren comfortabel en alles was schoon. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Hommyhome.

Als minpuntje was het appartement vrij gehorig. Doordat het direct naast de ingang ligt, hoor je de deur regelmatig hard open- en dichtklappen. Uitslapen zit er daardoor niet echt in, tenzij je oordopjes meeneemt.
