Great location, 5 mins away from Birmingham airport, just what we needed for an early flight. Clean and comfortable. The host also provided extras like bread and milk etc which was a lovely touch.

Property was very clean. Precise, clear instructions about location and directions were provided. There was some basics provided for us, bread, tea, coffee ect… which was amazing. Owner remained in contact and was easily contactable.

Sofa beds weren’t the comfiest but the host did provide mattress toppers which helped.

Very comfortable, clean and tidy and good location.

Location was great we had an early flight from Birmingham airport so this was an ideal stop off for an overnight stay for a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house is about 5 minute drive to airport parking and the terminal. The owner was brilliant with his communications the information sent through to locate the property and to gain access. Dan also provided some sweets for the kids, chocolates for the adults and essentials like tea, coffee a loaf of bread and some milk. Our little girl also left one of her Christmas jumpers in the house and Dan was good enough to get in contact with us to let us know but also popped it in the post for us free of charge. This is an ideal spot to stay the night before a flight or if you’re returning on a late flight and need somewhere to stay. I would happily recommend this to family and friends and will always look to use this if we fly from Birmingham in the future. Thanks Dan for a great stay and for the sweets for the kids.

We checked in late, shops were already close, it was a surprise to see bread, milk, sweets, butter, bottled water etc and it was much appreciated. Dan was very responsive, sent us check in details with pictures on it which was helpful. Property was big for a group of 5, clean, well maintained and bed were comfortable. This place is highly recommended !

A really well appointed house, so close to the NEC, great instruction from Dan the owner, perfect if you if you want to relax after lots of walking at the NEC
