Hello you have asked me to leave a review on our stay at silver street Whitby apartment 29B. 12/07/2025 We were very disappointed with our apartment as it was filthy down to the towels left with make up stains on and other stains looked like they haven’t been washed they were stuffed in the storage box in living room. As soon as you ran water the boiler was banging very loud continuously as if it was about to break down,cracked walls shelved ripped of the walls leaving holes in them. Needs a good re lick of paint all round not a nice stay as we were here for my husbands birthday i was annoyed. Also have rang host and stay to complain however said someone will get back to me within 10 working days and had no response absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend to anyone!

It was very close to the town it was a lovely place to stay. Everything worked lovely in the property. I liked the folder with all details of what to do around Whitby.

Location to Town centre

No towels provided on arrival disappointed after a 6 hr journey. Reported ‘ promised towels by following morning …arrived back for our second evening to still find no towels. Made contact again …was told to go and buy towels…. This is absolute basics and should have been resolved immediately. Towels did arrive sometime during our second evening …damp from a bottle of chilled Prosecco …too little …too late . Spoilt what could have been a lovely break . Did shower however but used the tea towel to dry two adults!

Amazing location, and kept up to date with arrival details.

Just a few niggles, could do with updating with new blinds and the window handle was broke, but was really good value for money for what we got.
