Property was in a great location with plenty of space

Spacious inside, large maintained garden, well equipped, comfortable and homely. Perfect location for beach walks.

The location is great, it was very comfy and cosy and the enclosed garden is great for pets. The pool table was an added bonus

house was perfect, great location, close to the beach and the village. Would highly recommend the house to others.

It was bright and clean with a large garden, it had everything you would need and the location was spot on. Quiet and very close to the sea.

Lovely clean house in good location

The exterior could do with some attention as did not look as welcoming as the pictures and the outside windows needed cleaning. We struggled with not enough mugs and had to keep running the dishwasher. There was no mirror in the second bedroom there was no dustpan and brush or broom! there was no water at all to the hot tap in the attic room bathroom and the toilet in there took ages to fill up.

The accommodation was well presented with nearly all you could need only a few minor items missing. We were a family of seven aged 5-77 years and games and facilities met all our needs. The closeness to the beach and village was also a bonus for us about 4 minutes walk to beach and 10 minutes to East Wittering village

A few items were missing in a very comprehensive list of household items More coat hangers, a floor mop, broom and dustpan and brush In the top bedroom swapping the desk for a chest of drawers would be nicer in our view.
