The manager of the hostel, Sergej, was very helpful and patient and helped kindly to organize my stay in Oskemen and trips to Altai, providing contact information and finding solutions for transportation and accomodation. He was very helpful/ The hostel is very clean and quiet and all the facilities work very well. I would for sure come back here if coming again to Oskemen.

Gestore gentile e disponibilissimo, è venuto ad aprire per me oltre l'orario del check in (alle 9.30 di sera) e la mattina seguente alle 4 mi ha chiamato un taxi per l'aeroporto e mi ha aiutata con la lingua e i bagagli. Stanze piccole ma perfette e pulite. Bagno e doccia puliti, spazio comune per mangiare. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente!

Absolutely great experience staying at this hostel! For the affordable price, you get clean rooms, comfy beds, and tidy bathrooms. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Location is perfect -close to centre ,transport, restaurants. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!
