Location very central

Too little crockery, no plug for sink, basics like salt, pepper, sugar and even welcome size coffee zero. Only 1 fan for 2 bed apartment without aircon. Cleaning service never arrived Friday as per booking confirmation

Location, upmarket furnishings, WiFi. Magneto lights for load shedding.

The complex overall needs to be better taken care off, lifts did not work and some tenants are really noisy and throw their dirt just anywhere.

It was fairly close to where we needed to be

Neighbors were loud - playing loud music early in the morning and late at night. Illegal substances were definitely being consumed as the smell permeated our room. It was a residential block and perhaps not quite suitable for letting.

The comfort and location was good. Close to Menlyn.

The noisy neighbours! The neighbours kept me and my family up and we did not have a good night rest. The climate control also is not to standard.
