First floor, quiet location

I informed about my arrival time in advance but the cleaning staff was not aware of it. By the time I arrived they only started to clean the apartment. I got no notification about the delay, and I was not given any reasonable timeframe when it will be ready. I understood previous guests left a mess so it took longer to clean it up. But communication was very poor! The stuff was kept saying just wait for another 20 minutes over and over again. In the end I had to wait for more than extra 3 hours!
