Very clean & comfortable.Moji was on hand if needed.In easy walking distance of public transport/shops.Infact there was a folder full of details bout local area & how to use anything in the flat.

Noisy neighbours.

The apartment was good value for money. We stayed for an event happening at Pittodrie Stadium the next day. It was close by and only took a 10min drive to get there. There was also a good variety of shops nearby. I was able to walk to Lidl in around 10mins and it was easy to navigate to. All in all, it.was a great little place for going away for a night.

The main heater in the bedroom didn't seem to heat up. We followed the instructions left by the host, but it work. However, we fully admit we could have been the problem not the instructions/heater.

the only good thing about this property is the area

It is an apartment located in an old block of flats. The apartment has radiators but out of 4 nights we only managed to get an acceptable temperature after 2 nights. I think you should get some extra radiators (we went to Asda and bought one) it was terribly cold. The shower pressure is non-existent.. you practically freeze from the cold before you manage to take a shower, the water barely flows from the tap. Use air fresheners, there is a very heavy smell throughout the house. There is a doorbell with a camera with a sensor on the apartment door, the owner does not say this. only after you book. At first I was skeptical I thought there were cameras in the house too. The bed linen was full of hair and very wrinkled, I don't think they were changed before we booked.

A Moji é super querida e ajuda-nos muito tanto nas indicações para a chegada ao apartamento e no check in, como a aconselhar restaurantes e locais para visitar. O apartamento é muito confortável e perfeito para uma estadia longa de uma ou duas pessoas. Tem todas as condições para fazermos as nossas próprias refeições. Corresponde perfeitamente à descrição feita pelo proprietário.

Na verdade, o que é mais chato durante a noite é o barulho da porta de entrada e os vizinhos a subir e descer as escadas, mas realmente não é algo que o proprietário possa resolver.

Flat was spotless and host was charming and helpful.
