"Excellent value, clean, quiet, nicely equipped."

Quiet, clean, well equipped. Reasonably priced. Close proximity to beach access, as well as retail stores and restaurants.

Passwords for Roku apps were not provided. TV in bedroom has no service access. Checkout is too early.

Plenty of space, lots of amenities, very comfortable and perfect for our base for a beach and water parks holiday

The pool is a little small, had to catch it when it wasn’t crowded but the beach is a short walk away

"Nice stay for Father's Day Weekend"

There was no breakfast. Had to travel for breakfast. The pool area was very clean and very nice. The A/C was exceptional. It was quiet.

The security lights are perfect for entry but the location creates bright lights in master at night. Recommend better blinds and shades. Large bed in Master nice but the twin beds in 2nd bedroom were too hard. but the room was darker. Recommend better twin mattresses in second bedroom. Improve landscaping off rear patio.

"good stay and good location"

Location was good in that it was quiet, close to beach, close to grocery store and restauant, easy to drive to from airport and easy to visit other locations like Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Force

Bright lights beaming in from front & back of complex so was hard to sleep - place has curtains and blinds but still light seeping thru. WE figured out how to turn up the volume on the TV on our last night there - it was on the SIDE of the remote.
