"Convenient, clean, modern, and well equipped"

10.0

It’s close to the zócalo, the staff is really pleasant, the apartment has everything you could possibly need in it, except for a step ladder, to reach the top of the cabinet to get a wine glass, the beds are comfortable, there’s AC, and this time I even discovered there was a little space heater we could’ve used, had it been cold, but it wasn’t.

I absolutely hate the showerhead. Next time I’m gonna bring one, and ask if we can have one of the guys bring a little ladder to install it. The spray of water is so thin by the time it gets to my heigh that is very difficult to rinse myself off. Everything else in the apartment is top of the line… I don’t get why they skimped so much on something as cheap as a shower head.

"Amazing Apartment in the historic center"

10.0

Everything that was there that we needed… We have been in a lot of Airbnbs and suites, and usually several things are missing that would have made it more comfortable. For example: Trash cans in every room, Plenty of blankets and pillows, Corkscrew, kitchen scissors, Cards and keys for two, Great and powerful microwave, bedside rugs, in the kitchen, cooking oil, salt, and all the small kitchen appliances. Besides this, if there was anything at all lacking or that could be fixed, we got immediate feedback on it. The rooftop terrace was a big plus also…You can even see the Christmas lights of Liverpool from there, and a tip of the cathedral towers. Nice place to go display cards or drink. The doorman was attentive, and they were constantly updating things around the building… When we were there, they were doing some painting touchups, and they had just put out a small smoking terrace on our floor. It’s hard to find such a digit to detail anywhere else. There were also umbrellas in the entrance hall.

Someone wrote a review saying that there were smells… CDMX is an old city, and yes, there are smells. They also wrote there were no windows, which is not true. They may not give out on a beautiful view, but they do provide enough ventilation that if you do accidentally burn your toast, or if there is a smell in the bathroom, you can easily eliminate the odors. A stepstool would’ve been nice to have, since some of the kitchen cabinets were too high for me to reach, the towels in the bathroom also were too high, and the window in the bedroom could not be accessed without standing on something.

"Windowless apartment with the bad smells"

6.0

Great location near the Zocalo and metro stops on two lines. The roof patio was nice. Access to laundry was good.

While the apartment is very clean, sewer gases are constantly coming from the shower drain. This smell was exacerbated by the fact that the apartment has no exterior windows and virtually no natural air movement. Also, the bed had no mattress pad, making it less comfortable than it could have been. Overall, the windowless apartment with the bad smells from the bathroom was not where we wanted to be.
