All amenities are provided. The property was clean. All the instructions for check-in and wifi were provided by email. I had a relaxing stay.

parking a bit too far from the room but just as well it didn't rain during our stay happy walking down hill but coming up not so happy lol, & closet where fridge was it was a bit damp & musky smell but went away when open doors & window

DO NOT BOOK, spend your money elsewhere! This place is a nightmare, I had only been at the property for 2 minutes when a neighbor came banging on the door threatening to have my car towed if I didnt park out on the road, as the parking next to the unit actually didnt belong to it and was the neigbhors property, extremely rude and condescending neighbors mixed with poor facilities and NO contact back from management for about a week made it an extremely unpleasant experience! I took the loss and booked something else last minute instead of feeling uncomfortable there, I am glad I had only booked for a night. Highly DO NOT recommend this place

Nothing but an headache that I think everyone should be avoiding even after paying a reasonably good amount of money for a motel room that lacks facilities and basic amenities for a Motel. The Parking system is unfair, neighbours are terrible and racist.

There was no staff assistance from the very first day of check-in, the head tenant and neighbours both are really rude, toxic and obnoxious people creating a lot of trouble regarding parking, the owner is a liar, the facility does not have any place to cook, or even make a cup of tea ( They have hidden and placed everything in the cupboard) the entire arrangement and design of the room lacks privacy (blinds are very fragile) and seems like is designed in a way to hassle the guest with threats of fake charges imposition, the motel owner sent a very strange message at the last day of stay which is very uncomfortable, overall the living experience at the room was pretty much an headache that anyone would love to avoid, there is no one at the reception and the chinese guy doesn't picks up the phone and is very rude. I am sharing the photos when I left to show that there were no breakages because the entire time of the stay it was like a threat as everything in the room is very fragile from Blinds to bathroom sliding door (already broken previously itself) are prone to breakage. It is definitely not at all Value for money, the parking system for a guest living up the ramp is unfair as the person who is paying for the Motel room is not getting the parking space next door but other tenants living at the property are parking their cars at the Parking space which ideally should be designated for the Motel room- Guest. RUDE or NO FRONT OFFICE, RUDE and MISBEHAVING NEIGHBOURS, BULLSHIT CRAP.

Was in a lovely area of Auckland, liked listening to the birds of a morning rather than the hustle and bustle of the city. A neat one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Had trouble getting the blinds closed.

The location was close to Mount Eden and a 30 minute walk from Eden Park. The shower did have hot water.

The property owners did not respond to concerns I had regarding the space heater covered in dust and lint, a shower that did not drain water, and blinds that were broken (had missing slats) until 48 hours later. I attempted to reach out 3 times during this time period. Prior to having concerns, responses were received within a few hours. I also arrived with all windows open and one of the light bulbs in the room was burned out. I left after one night of my 3 night stay. The door to the room is an on grade street entrance with french style glass pane doors. Personally, I did not feel safe leaving my belongings there unattended. I will absolutely not stay here again. There is no TV or washer in this room. You are asked to dispose of personal trash when you leave in the common area (which is not a big deal), however I did not receive information regarding the location of the common area. This accommodation is also in a different building from the exterior picture listed in the posting when I booked this in early 2023.

A cozy studio with everything you need. Needed to reset and retreat for a couple of days and I had everything at hand to stay in if I would. The surroundings are very nice with mt Eden around the corner and not too far to walk to Newmarket or public transport.

Might be a little noisy as you can hear the upstairs neighbours but it didn’t bother me as it was only during the day and weekend. Lovely people by the way
