The location was in a quiet suburb and quite handy to the city.

Arriving late and finding that the room had not been serviced as they had mixed the booking. It was supposed to have been a special weekend to celebrate my birthday but it went down hill from the arrival onwards. The room is basic, to say the least. The facility owner has refused to offer any recompensation as they say that the room was serviced in the end, we finally had access at 9.45pm. Not good enough!

"Served its purpose"

The room itself served its purpose, somewhere to sleep while in Ak. Good location.

Greeted with dusty cobwebbed door and window. Musty, damp smell to room and linen. Heavy wooden blinds, couldn't open slats as controls broken.Even though rental was on the cheaper side, you should at least still present a clean room and linen.

"The worst place I have ever stayed"

Nothing the place was so dirty and the shower and toilet leaked 24/7.

Everything the place is a dump and the onwers are very ruded I would not recommend this place
