La ubicació i el preu. Llençols i tovalloles inclosos, inclús per utilitzar 2 vegades. Menatge de la cuina complet.

Faltava una mica més de neteja (pèls d'animal al sofa i alguns racons de la casa). El sofà era incòmode. El rentavaixelles no tenia gens de sal.
